April 2024 Placemaking update

'The Golden Hour' unveiled at Bella Vista Pocket Park

Bella Vista Pocket Park has had a fresh coat of paint, thanks to social art enterprise Muralisto.

Our stunning new artwork, titled ‘The Golden Hour’, spreads over 100 metres across two sides of the park, giving you a brilliantly bright space to play or relax as we head into the cooler months.

The mural comes alive with vibrant local flora and fauna, inspired by Muralisto’s collaboration with Glenwood High School art students and the wider Northwest Sydney community.

You can watch the impressive piece come to life and hear from Muralisto artists Zoe and Xander by clicking the link below.
