Update on Bella Vista and Kellyville open spaces

Earlier this year the community provided valuable feedback into the design of new open spaces around the Bella Vista and Kellyville stations. We are continuing to work with our designers to consider the feedback and finalise the detailed design.

We are also continuing to consult with The Hills Shire Council and other government stakeholders before lodging the development applications later this year with Council.

Once the development applications have been lodged, Council will place them on public exhibition and you will have an opportunity to provide a submission. During this time, Landcom will provide opportunities for you to meet with us so we can explain how your feedback has been considered.

Council will then review all submissions and assess the development applications.
