Welcome!

Delivering a vibrant community in Edmondson Park

Dear Amber

Learn about what is happening and what is planned as Landcom delivers a vibrant destination in southwest Sydney to live, learn, work and play.

Mondo Open Day

A big thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday 14 June. It was a fantastic turnout from locals, future buyers, and families across the region.

The day was filled with fun activities for everyone, including entertainment for the kids, complimentary gozleme, sweet treats and coffee, and a lively DJ. Prospective buyers had the opportunity to speak directly with our sales staff, development team, and participating builders to explore future home options.

One of the highlights was the interactive virtual tour, which brought Mondo’s vision to life with detailed views of the lots, future streetscapes, and proximity to transport, schools, entertainment, and shops.

If you missed out, be sure to register on our database via mondo.landcom.com.au/ to stay informed about upcoming events and land releases.

Planning and construction updates

Ongoing subdivision works in Precinct 9

Landcom recently registered residential lots with the NSW Land Registry Services and dedicated public roads Jericho Road, Sandy Way, Nell Street, Shaggy Ridge and Amiens Road to Liverpool City Council. The residential lots and public roads are located between Maxwells Creek and Bezentin Ridge Road.

We're continuing our work within other areas in Precinct 9, which includes installing electrical and water services, relocating some existing services, constructing roads and earthworks. While we're aiming to minimise any inconvenience, you might notice some extra noise during work hours.

Work hours

  • Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm
  • Saturdays (if needed), 8am-1pm
We're on track to complete these works by late 2025.

Civil works in Mondo (Precinct 3)

Our first sales release for Mondo was a huge success, with all 22 lots being reserved on the sales day. Due to significant demand, the sales and project teams are reviewing our platform for future sales releases.

Works are continuing to progress on site with remediation nearing completion and bulk earthworks underway. In the coming weeks, our contractor, Western Earthmoving will commence servicing works following the completion of bulk earthworks. Remediation has taken longer than expected; however, works are on track to enable lot registration in mid-2026.

Bardia Barracks

Landcom has appointed Carfax Commercial Constructions Ltd to complete the remediation works in the heritage-listed Bardia Barracks. Rectification works started in May 2025 and are expected to finish within 12 months.
