In partnership with Link Wentworth, Landcom is planning to deliver an apartment building designed by award-winning architecture studio SJB at Lot 117 at Lachlan’s Line.
If approved, the project will provide 135 secure homes that are well-connected to transport, education and jobs for low to moderate income households, such as key workers like nurses, cleaners, and childcare, aged care, retail and hospitality staff.
Award-winning architecture studio SJB, have designed the new apartment building to be more sustainable and energy efficient, and to integrate with the surrounding neighbourhood.
We will soon lodge a State Significant Development Application for the project with the NSW Department of Planning and Environment, which will coordinate public exhibition.
