Welcome!

Delivering a vibrant community in Edmondson Park

Dear Amber

Learn about what is happening and what is planned as Landcom delivers a vibrant destination in southwest Sydney to live, learn, work and play.

Precinct 3

Development Application approved for Precinct 3

Landcom has received development approval for the subdivision of Precinct 3. This approval marks an important step toward constructing a new community that will include around 250 homes, a pocket park, roads, and services.

We are currently working on getting the necessary approvals and appointing a contractor to begin remediation and construction in early 2025.

We will provide more details of our plans to release land for sale in Precinct 3 in our next update.

Planning and construction updates

Precinct 9

Landcom is delivering essential roads, infrastructure and services that will enable new housing to be delivered in the Town Centre North area.

Our appointed contractor, WEM Civil continues with subdivision works in Precinct 9. Work hours are between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday, with potential work on Saturdays between 8am and 1pm. Works are expected to finish by late 2025.

Works include installing electrical and water services, relocating some existing services, construction of roads and earthworks. WEM will try to minimise impacts to the community while works take place, however, you may notice additional noise during work hours.

We have finished constructing Horrie Road, next to Edmondson Park Public School and the future high school site. We are working with Liverpool City Council and NSW Land Registry Services to dedicate the road to Liverpool City Council so it can soon be opened to the public.

Bardia Barracks

In June 2024, Liverpool City Council approved our plans to restore and improve Bardia Barracks, a heritage-listed site on Campbelltown Road.

Our restoration works will remove hazardous materials, carry out important repairs and protect the buildings, which date back to 1939. We will appoint a contractor later this year and expect construction to start in early 2025 and finish within 12 months.

A community celebration at

Mont St Quentin Oval

On 17 August 2024, we celebrated the restoration of the heritage-listed Mont St Quentin Oval. Over 500 locals joined us to enjoy the new AFL field, BBQ facilities, all-abilities playground, and amenities building - all designed to honour its rich defence history. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day a success!
