Meet The Team | Have your say on new open spaces coming to Bella Vista and Kellyville

Landcom and Sydney Metro are working together to develop the land around the Bella Vista and Kellyville stations. These projects are part of the broader Sydney Metro North West Places Program that will create new communities along the Metro Northwest line. 

Your feedback is important to us in planning spaces where the community can relax, exercise, play, be creative or meet with friends and family.

There are still plenty of ways that you can have your say on the new open spaces.

Community consultation is open until Friday 23 February 2024. 

We are seeking community input to inform the features and future uses of these open spaces. This is your chance to share your ideas and help shape the design of these new open spaces for the current and future community. 

Register for an online community workshop:

We invite you to part of the online community workshops, places are limited however as an appreciation of your time participants will receive a $30 Coles Myer voucher. These workshops will be held on the following days:

•  Bella Vista – Monday 5 February, 6pm-7:30pm
•  Kellyville – Thursday 15 February, 6pm-7:30pm

Please note that registrations for both online workshops will close at midday on the day of the workshop.

• Bella Vista Metro Station – Tuesday 6 February, 4pm-6pm
• Bella Vista Circa Retail Shopping Centre – Wednesday 14 February, 11am -1pm

Online survey has now closed 

The online survey that opened on 18 December 2023 has now closed, with over 460 submissions received. We thank you for your participation, your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand what is important to you in designing these spaces.
