Planning and construction updates
Ongoing subdivision works in Precinct 9
We're continuing our work in Precinct 9, which includes
installing electrical and water services, relocating some existing services, constructing roads and earthworks. While we're aiming to minimise any inconvenience,
you might notice some extra noise during work hours.
Work hours
- Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm
- Saturdays (if needed), 8am-1pm
We're on track to complete these works by late 2025.
Horrie Road update: While Horrie Road was officially
dedicated as a public road to Liverpool City Council in December 2024, Schools
Infrastructure NSW has a permit to close the road while the new high school is being built.

Civil works in Precinct 3
Landcom has appointed Western Earthmoving to undertake the
remediation and civil works in Precinct 3. They’ve already started the
remediation and earthworks and are currently working on obtaining necessary
servicing approvals. We expect these civil works to continue until early 2026.
Bardia Barracks update: We're nearly ready to
appoint a contractor to remediate the heritage-listed barracks and we expect works to start in mid-2025 and finish within 12 months.
