Help design your new open spaces in Bella Vista and Kellyville

Landcom and Sydney Metro are working together to develop the land around the Bella Vista and Kellyville stations. These projects are part of the broader Sydney Metro North West Places Program that will create new communities along the Metro Northwest rail line. 

A concept masterplan has been approved for each precinct, including the location and preliminary designs for new open spaces. Help shape plans for new parks, playgrounds and green spaces 

Bella Vista


Will be a vibrant place to live and work , with a strong connection to nature through its open spaces and connection to Elizabeth Macarthur Creek. It will offer the convenience and amenity of inner city living with connections to business, jobs and services.

The approved concept includes around 56,000m2 of open space for current and future residents and the wider community. Landcom will deliver two neighbourhood parks in addition to large open space that will run alongside Elizabeth Macarthur Creek, supporting rest and exercise. 

The concept design also includes a large district park located in the north of the precinct , this will be delivered through a separate design and development application process.

Kellyville

Will be an exciting and lively place benefitting from new outdoor living areas including new open space, local parks, walking and cycling paths and strong connections to the natural environment at Elizabeth Macarthur Creek.

The approved concept includes  approximately 29,500m2 of  open space. 

Landcom will deliver a neighbourhood parkopen space alongside Elizabeth Macarthur Creek, and a multi-use sport and recreation space.. These areas will provide opportunity for quiet recreation, exercise and sporting activities.
